WOW !! Your last post was a good one. Very honest and I would say I agree with you quite a bit about how others worship and how we should not be tearing each other apart. What kind of witness is it to others if the Christians can’t get along. My mom is Catholic and I share some of your story there too. She hasn’t gone to church since she got divorced in the late 70′s. I know she loves God and believes in him. But, she can’t seem to forgive herself for being divorced. I have tried to explain that God has already forgiven her, but she still thinks she can’t step foot back into a church. I can’t say that this is a Catholic belief or just the confusion on my mother’s part. But, I worry about her.
As far as this person who is giving me grief on my post. The joy stealer is also the condensending one. I really have no clue what to do with her. I don’t feel like talking to her will help. I could just avoid her, but she is my son’s sunday school teacher. So, nope on that. Who knows?
Once again, your last post was a good one and I will keep your husband in my prayers.
