  • Matthew 22: 1-14 in light of Revelation is an incredible read!

  • “For many are invited, but few are chosen.”  I also like Matthew 7:14 - But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.

Just stopping by to say thank you for stopping by my site & subscribing. I hope you find my posts encouraging in your “wondering” walk with the Lord. <><

  • That’s true, haha. Funny how we kill ourselves for four years for a piece of paper that eventually doesn’t mean too much once you’ve got a proper job.

Of course, that’s awfully cynical. Hehe.

Ah, indeed. Definitely something to consider.

Thank you. Snowday… mmm. ::smiles:: Very cool. Though cold winters are hehe.

  • Thank you for your prayer !  I am expecting Steve to roll in any minute. Luckily the roads have been salted and aren’t bad except for trees down everywhere.

I wanted to respond to your comments and questions from my earlier post…

(((( How do you learn to forgive yourself? I realize that much of what I did was reaction to what happened to me, but still it only served to dig myself deeper.))))

You do it by being  transformed by the renewing of your mind  !  It is satan’s plan for you to live in bondage over the past… But Jesus’s love and sacrafice was strong and good enough to cover a multitude of sin. That is God’s plan ! Please read the post from Jan. 2nd again !

Once we receive Jesus as our Lord and Savior, it is no longer about us anymore ! We have to take our focus off of what the world has told us and still tries to tell us that we are and focus on what God says we are ! And what we may think or feel and focus on what God says we have !

((((How can I really ever hold my head up in the kingdom of God. I have repented, but the sins are still there. I would never do them again, but I certainly did them. Hope you do not mind my question.))))

I don’t mind at all because I too spent the first 3 yrs of my walk in your shoes .

The sins are not still there if you have turned away from them ! They are history in God’s eyes, in fact… they have been blotted out to be remember no more by those who truly matter !

Isa 44:22Show Context I have blotted out, like a thick cloud, your transgressions, And like a cloud, your sins. Return to Me, for I have redeemed you.”

Ac 3:19Show Context Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord,

Basically… what I am trying to tell you is, you just have to make a choice to believe what God says is true ! :)

    I am here ! :)
