  • God Changes Our Situation by Pastor Samachen

We were blessed to have Pastor Samachen visit our church and teach on Sunday 7/25/2010. The AM and PM services were on different subjects. Pastor Samachen and Pastor Abraham both minister in India in areas where you risk your life to share Jesus.  He is a prophet and also travels around the United States to minister. If he ever comes to your church, I highly recommend attending the service for you will be blessed.

Authority and life belongs to Jesus. Jesus reigns over all we have and we are blessed.

Job 8:7 Though your beginning was small, yet your latter end would increase abundantly.

Your beginning is small but your end is very big. The Lord is with us and we are very blessed. Even if you begin later in life you are blessed. God can bless us whether we are old our young.  As we grow in the Lord we will be more and more blessed.

Are we serving a God who is able to change our conditions?  God can change your past. He can change your physical conditions, financial conditions, spiritual conditions, church conditions and family life. He can change the entire condition of your life. When God changes a condition, we rejoice. Have complete faith in Jesus. JESUS IS MORE THAN ENOUGH FOR ANY PROBLEM.

If we focus on our circumstances or situation they grow worse, but when we meet Jesus our conditions change. We do not want to do anything without Jesus. The love of Jesus is MORE THAN ENOUGH for our circumstances.

We can come to Him in a state of brokenness and Jesus can repair all.

In the book of Job, initially Job was prosperous then things changed. He lost his prosperity, animals, children and his wife told him to curse God and die.

Job 42:12 Now the LORD blessed the latter days of Job more than his beginning; for he had fourteen thousand sheep, six thousand camels, one thousand yoke of oxen, and one thousand female donkeys.

God prospered Job more in his latter days. God will bless us. God can reverse generational curses and conditions of our life.

Job 14:7 For there is hope for a tree, if it is cut down, that it will sprout again, and that its tender shoots will not cease.

The tree has hope.  Pastor Samachen asked us, who is a tree?  We are trees – tress of righteousness. A perfect believer is a tree and trees have hope.

Psalm 1:3 He shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season, whose leaf also shall not wither; and whatever he does shall prosper

God plants the trees. All of us are a tree, and God plants us.  Jesus planted trees by the banks of a river. The owner has the right over the tree. If God planted me, my owner is Jesus.  Our Lord is Jesus.

The owner provides protection for his trees. Making sure no one attacks the tree.  He fertilizes it, prunes it, cultivates it.

The tree has a specialty – and whatever we need, God will give us. Jesus is able to provide. The tree has its own home.

We have hope. Jesus is ok with us. A tree that is cut down has no future, the fruit dries up, its roots dry up.  When water meets the roots the tree sprouts. When the water of the Holy Spirit hits the roots the tree, although seemingly dead, will come to life.  It does not matter the former condition of the tree when it was cut down. The tree will sprout and grow. God has prepared things for his tree.

The name Joseph means fruitful tree. Joseph was able to prosper and bear fruit no matter what condition he was placed, from slave to prisoner to Pharaoh’s court.  Joseph’s family was against him, never imagining that he would be a governor and preserve their lives.

When we look at our background, we see no fruit based on the past. When we stand with Jesus God will make sure we bear His fruit.

Jacob was Joseph’s father. Jacob tricked his brother Esau into giving up his birthright. Joseph’s brothers sinned. He had a shameful past and there was sin in his ancestors, but Joseph lived like a righteous person. His background did not influence his actions.

It is not our past that is important, but rather, WHAT IS IMPORTANT IS OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD.  How do we relate to Jesus? God speaks with us based on our relationship with Jesus. Love Jesus more than anything else. Jesus can change the conditions of our life. Give glory to God.

Pastor Samachen spoke of a man that went to Kuwait and stayed with a business man. He became wealthy, but ended up losing everything due to drink and a sinful life. Jesus revealed Himself to this man. The man confessed his sins, repented, but the man had accumulated a huge debt. Pastor Samachen prayed with the man and he was filled with the Holy Spirit. The man’s face changed completely and his situation turned around.  The man’s wife was healed of a kidney problem, for Jesus is a healer.

A word of prophesy can change things, Jesus can change our situation around.

God intervened in the man’s life to relieve his huge debt. A ruler family came, a family who believed in the Word of God. The ruler prayed with Pastor Samachen and spoke that he needed an able person to do business. The man with the debt was given the job to work with the ruler’s business, and the ruler completely paid off all the man’s debts.  Jesus had changed his situation.

A pastor or a prophet cannot change a situation, but if you obey Jesus, your situation can change.

What is your situation?  Is it family, children, sickness, health, business?  Everything is possible with Jesus. Everything is impossible for us, but possible for Jesus.

    1. Christ can change your situation.  Your latter days will be better than your former days. If you are a tree, the tree has hope. If cut down, the tree can sprout back. Set aside all negative things and thoughts. God can turn our situation around.

God gives four kinds of blessings.  1. DIVINE WISDOM, knowledge that you are blessed.  2. WEALTH  3. HONOR  4. LIFE

This year can be a year of change, and we need to never forget God. Some have wealth without knowledge. Some have wisdom without wealth. But we need wisdom, wealth, honor, and life in God, and then things turn around. We will know more how to deal with the blessings when we have wisdom. Whoever lives by the Word cannot be destroyed.  The wisdom of the enemy cannot compete with the wisdom of the Word.

The enemy’s wisdom is not greater than God’s. The Word is God and it has power. It is the Word that gives us life. Fill yourselves up with the Word and satan will have no place in you, for with the Word you have joy, happiness, peace.

No matter what people say about you, smile. What Jesus says is important.

INCREASE YOUR VISION. Joseph remembered his vision, and God brought it to pass. He became Prime Minister and governed the people. The money did not give the vision. The relationship with God is what caused the vision to come to pass.

Pastor Samachen ministered to a suicidal man who had no peace. The man accepted Jesus and came to church on Sunday. The man had no money for transportation, but Pastor Samachen helped him with money for transportation. The man received the baptism of the Holy Spirit and water baptism. The man did not have a home, telephone, transportation, or income. But the man knew that Jesus was more than enough for him. The man came to church every Sunday and his condition changed.  The man had joy and peace. God changed his condition.

Psalm 63:6 On my bed I remember you; I think of you through the watches of the night.

    2. Conditional – the FORMER AND LATTER. Any person on earth in a “former” condition, can be raised up so their latter condition is better than the former. PROBLEMS DO NOT NEED TO SUBDUE US, THEY RAISE US UP. God exalts you. Jesus is with you and God can change your situation.

Genesis 1:1-2 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.

The earth was without form and void. God changes the situation.  The Spirit of God hovered over the earth and the earth was changed.

The Spirit of God comes on your situation and it changes.

Pastor Samachen has two sons who are both prophets, the older is 16, the younger is 12. Pastor Samachen had a pain in his knee.  His younger son came in and sat on Pastor Samachen’s bed to as for 10 rupees.  He also laid his hands on Pastor Samachen’s knees and prayed.  The son was weeping and praying, “Jesus, please heal my dad now.”  God changed Pastor Samachen’s pain, and healed the knee. Insted of giving his son 10 rupees, Pastor Samachen gave him 100.  The boy went out and bought what he needed, returning 90 rupees to his father.

Jesus is the one who heals and delivers. God can change your situation.

In America there is major unemployment and economic problems. The problems and crises are there, but God can bring about change in America. Only God can cause things to change.  Groups of people praying to God can turn things around and God can perform a miracle. We can see the mighty works of God.

2009-2011 is a period of sluggishness in spiritual work, but if the people light spiritual fires they can stop being stagnant. Worldwide revival can occur in the midst of stagnation, but it has to start in our own houses. The broken conditions of lives can change, even when it seems hopeless.

God changed the conditions of Sarah, Rachel, Hannah, Elizabeth. No problem is too hard for God. Cancer, migraines, any problem can be changed by God. God can reverse a life of emptiness.

Psalm 30:5 For His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for life; weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning

There is a night-like experience, be it financial, sickness, or any other condition, but morning will come. It is not delayed. God can change spiritual darkness into light.

Psalm 30:11 You have turned for me my mourning into dancing; You have put off my sackcloth and clothed me with gladness,

Our mourning can be changed to happiness. First we are wearing sackcloth, but Jesus will remove those and give us robes of righteousness.  He can completely change our situation. Jesus is going to fulfill it through the Word in your life, changing your life completely. Do not doubt.

God will do a miracle for you.

Esther 3:15 The couriers went out, hastened by the king’s command; and the decree was proclaimed in Shushan the citadel. So the king and Haman sat down to drink, but the city of Shushan was perplexed.

When the decree about destroying all Jews went out, the city was in confusion and turmoil. It was a deplorable condition.

Esther 8:15 So Mordecai went out from the presence of the king in royal apparel of blue and white, with a great crown of gold and a garment of fine linen and purple; and the city of Shushan rejoiced and was glad.

God turned the situation around and saved the Jews. The nation rejoiced and was glad. God gave deliverance.

God can completely change a situation. God changes lives. God can do a miracle.

I pray that your day is blessed. Open yourselves up to the Word of God and see the wonderful miracles He does in your life.  Heather

  • Thanks heather. I believe Gid can make the latter years better than the former. God has been my number one priority for a long time–I’ve been going through a lot despite praising Him and obeying Him, but reading this encouraged me that He can and still will do impossible and glorious things! Amen. Thanks fir your inspiring message of hope.

  • For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear.
    2 Timothy 4:3

Heather! I have absolutely NO idea where to begin with this or should I even bother wasting my breath?

If we love Christ, shouldn’t we listen to what He teaches? Where did Christ EVER teach any of the things here?

He who considers equality with the Father something not be grasped… He who does not glorify Himself, because the Father glorifies Him. Evangelicals recognize Christ as the bridge and means for us to return to the Father, come boldly before the throne of Grace. Correct?

Christ’s work is what made it possible… for us to have the relationship with the Father, through the reception of the Holy Spirit. So why are we so recklessly throwing that away? Just so we can focus on Jesus as a religious icon?

“We can come to Him in a state of brokenness and Jesus can repair all.”

This makes NO sense. We do not come to Jesus, we come to the FATHER, through Christ. It is because of Christ that is why WE CAN come before the Father. Jesus does NOT repair all, it is not the function and role of Christ, which is Messiah. The FATHER is the one we come before, which repairs all… through the HOLY SPIRIT which is the counselor, healer.

“God prospered Job more in his latter days. God will bless us. God can reverse generational curses and conditions of our life.”

Story of Job is NOT about prosperity. God REBUKED Job before RESTORING him. What happened to Job was NOT a curse, it was a blessing, a spiritual promotion. Job was honored to be the champion of humanity and of God, God delighted in Him. God did NOT curse him, that is the very sin of Job’s wife.

“How do we relate to Jesus? God speaks with us based on our relationship with Jesus. Love Jesus more than anything else. Jesus can change the conditions of our life. Give glory to God.”

HOW can anyone justify this Scripturally? God speaks with us based on our relationship with Jesus? NO, God speaks to us based on our relationship with HIM, the FATHER. Yes, yes, we can throw in the trinitarian frame work – Christ is the Father is the Holy Spirit. However, each is uniquely defined by function and role. Christ who is the Son, equal to the Father, but submits to the Father… thus demonstrating to US how to be a child of God. Love Jesus more than anything else? Is that what Jesus said? “Love the LORD your God with ALL your heart, mind and soul.” Jesus’ mission on Earth was to draw us back to the Father. Hence one of His functions is defined as the High Priest.

Everything in this article is a:

IF you do this … YOU will get this…

Is this what the gospel is about? Everything in this article is about doing this and that, so God will change your situations and give you what you want. IS THIS REALLY WHAT THE GOSPEL IS ABOUT?

The GOSPEL is about transformation of the self – to become the worksmanship of God. The gospel is about personal revival, reformation, to DIE to the flesh and be BORN again in the Spirit.

THE GOSPEL is a revelation…. it is when we look into the depth of our own hearts and see all the filths, ugliness, and trash within ourselves… and realize… that Jesus Christ is our ONLY hope for change.

Has the people’s heart become so empty and calloused that they will listen to ANYONE with a pastoral title and some fancy stories? That they put aside common sense and reason, put aside sound doctrine, just so they can have someone tell them the things they WANT to hear? Which brings NOTHING but DEATH?

I don’t know who this Pastor Samachen is, but if he is preaching these kind of deception, then he is not a worksman of God. WAKE UP!

But there were also false prophets among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you. They will secretly introduce destructive heresies, even denying the sovereign Lord who bought them– bringing swift destruction on themselves.
    2 Peter 2:1

Thank you for your comments. Of course we come to the Father through Jesus, but it is through Jesus, if we go to Jesus we will see the Father, for Jesus even said that if you see me, you see the Father – they are separate but one. We pray to God in Jesus’ name. You missed the heart of Pastor Samachen’s teaching, of which I will put up the second one – it is not a seek God for prosperity only unless you realize that prosperity is the righteousness that we receive through Jesus, and prosperity is more than money. Jesus rebuked me as well before I became His child for the Holy Spirit convicted me of sin – but trust me, my latter days are far more better than my former days – and I am prospering in so many ways including my relationship with Him. Pastor Samachen preaches in India where they are desperately poor in the areas he teaches, and they need to hear the message of hope in the Lord. And the truth is that Job ended up with a double blessing – as well as the blessing of serving the Lord. Pastor Don will not let a pastor teach that does not teach the Word of God. Pastor Samachen was speaking in a dialect of Indian and had a translator. And the truth is God’s promises are conditional. Look at Deuteronomy 28 – God tells the Israelites if you do this you will get blessings, if you don’t do this you will get the curses. Many of God’s promises are started with “If….” What we get does depend on what we do. I am glad that God prospers us, but that does not mean that we worship Mammon – if we are being prospered it has to be for Kingdom work. Heather

  • Pastor Samachen has realised his purpose by answering the call of God in a tough terrain. However, rather than learn from the experience of this tested soldier, our single verse preachers would rather condemn. Many such comments could flow from people who may not be supportive of mission works. I salute the courage of this pastor. It is true salvation through Jesus Christ includes the reality of the ‘added others’.

  • @Tayofat -

He is an incredible teacher and prophet. In these end days, it is important that we use all the gifts God has provided for us to use. We are to be victors in His Kingdom.

    Have a blessed day.
    Heather
