  • Linking

I have spent some time today trying to update my links, I am now in 9/06 and have put a link to the Bible studies and a few humorous things in my links box. There is one sermon that is so awesome that, if you haven’t read it you would be blessed. It is called the RED LETTERS and it was given by Pastor Don after they attended a conference where some of the “Bible teachers” were trying to say that Jesus did not say all that the Bible says He said.

I hope you have a blessed night, if I get more time on the computer I will continue to try and bring my links more up to date. There are some incredible Bible studies in them, pure gold. And then a few fun entries, Eggplants and The Secret Correspondence between Rocky the Wonder Dog and Buzz

My goal is to get caught up.

  • Interesting… Yes, God uses a multitude of means (people, circumstances, His Word, His Holy Spirit, His creation) to draw His own to Himself! Pete

“For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse.” Romans 1:20

  • You know, I always wonder who these people think they are to say that Jesus didn’t say what He said or that the Bible doesn’t say what it says. Why do they call themselves Bible teachers if they don’t believe what it says?!

You are so organized! Keep up the good work! :)

  • I soooo feel your pain, Heather.  I spent the afternoon yesterday formatting (categorizing, alphabetizing) my own sidebar.  I had to paste it in Word, then rearrange the links, the convert it to HTML, but Word puts spans and gunk in it, so I had to paste it all into an on-line cleaner to remove the spans and gunk, but the cleaner deletes all spaces, so then I have to go back thru the now-clean HTML and one-by-one insert the non-breaking spaces via cut/paste, then stick it into my skin and preview, then tweak any coding that might’ve gotten messed up…

It literally took me three and a half hours to get it as nice as it is… and it’s not that nice (there are three links unalphabetized in ‘False Teachings’ and none of the categories are alphabetized… and aren’t going to be, either.)  It’s INSANE the work it takes non-PC-people to format HTML.  The kicker is…? Nobody’s noticed that it’s ‘fixed and useable’.  LoL!!  ((Now I just have to go thru and make sure the links are correct…))

The kewl thing is that when it’s needed, it’ll be a LOT more user-friendly, right?!
