I have to tell you that God is SO good! Last night He showed us, in a hands on experience just what Praise and Worship can do! Our scheduled speaker did not make it to our church, we don’t know why, but we do know that it was a God appointed thing. So we spent 3 hours praising and worshipping God. Song after song after song and prayers and anointed Scripture reading filled the atmosphere with God’s presence. I know that no one left the church who did not feel the Glory of God. I am still basking in His presence, even after a night of sleep. What was way cool is that our music ministers did not repeat even one song. At one point the praise was so joyful it was like Mardi Gras with Holy Spirit instead of spirits. How awesome. What an INCREDIBLE GOD we serve!

Wow, 3 blessed hrs of worship n praise! No wonder you experienced the afterglow even on the next morning. I remembered one particular sat, we had a Holy Spirt Weekend with a group of some 30 young people. We worshipped and prayed in the Spirit for easily a hour and a half. It was such a wonderful time that as I made my way home, I was literally on cloud nine. The next morning I was scheduled to speak in the main service. As I was preaching on the Blessings of a Selfless Life (text:John chap 12), many in the service were crying as I shared. When I gave the altar call, many flooded to the front for a time of ministry. The awesome presence of God’s glory was literally touching the hearts of His children. Wow what power awaits those who enter into His sanctuary and be lost in His majestic presence. AWESOME LORD!

Yes I love that!!! Sometimes God just wants us to spend time in His presence. We get to busy sometimes just doing ministry. I wish I had been there too. love you
